Dazed And Confused
Zodiac’s David Fincher is set to direct (fingers crossed) Black Hole, based on Charles Burns’ epic horror series (now in graphic novel form) about a mysterious sexually-transmitted disease that infects a group of teens in Seattle in the 1970’s. Strange and terrible body mutations caused by the “bug” force those infected to flee society and take refuge in the woods outside the city. Think Ghost World meets Cabin Fever, with a little Naked Lunch thrown in there. The one question: will it be shot in black and white? (via variety)

so there’s also a “Crossroads” for playmates? good that robert johnson found the right one.
it sounds like the kind of material that Fincher can go to town with and ratchet up the fear and dread.
that chick looks just like diablo cody. perfect.

You know that Fincher will create the disease in his quest for perfection. He’s such a good time guy.
