Sure the Boulder police effed up the initial Ramsey investigation. And yes, they screwed up again when they brought in Karr by mistake. However, their biggest error by far, was as restituion, allowing Karr to recreate Mr. T’s 80s public service announcements, complete with heavy gold chains.. yelling at kids to “STAY IN SCHOOL!” Because not only was it an obvious error in judgement it only served to creep everyone out even more.
