Park City
So For Your Consideration sucked harder than a Dyson DC15 Animal, big deal. Sundance ‘07 is just around the Cobb Salad, and Parks has two indies in competition. They are Fay Grim and Broken English. Grim, with Jeff Goldblum(!), is the “Ten-years-later continuation of Hal Hartley’s Henry Fool, where Fay Grim is coerced by a CIA agent to try and locate notebooks that belonged to her fugitive ex-husband. Published in them is information that could compromises the security of the U.S., causing Fay to first head to Paris to fetch them.” (sounds very Party Girl!) Broken English is a Sex And The Cityish story from first-time director, and daughter of visionary indie deity John Cassavetes, Zoe Cassavetes. Plus, there’s the monster-cast’d Spring Breakdown with Jane Lynch, Amy Poehler, Rachel Dratch, Will Arnett, Seth Myers, Sophie Monk, Sarah Hagan, and a million others, that’s already in the post.

A lawn without a pool is a yawn.
i bet when they scrap Zoe tells Sofia her booji vintage Halston wrap looks ready-to-wear and they get into huge yo poppa fights.
Why does this skeletally repellant woman continually get a pass? She’s like every formatively bad ex-girlfriend rolled up into a riddle, wrapped inside an enigma, marinated in ipecac.
Sophie Monk is engaged to one of the Madden trogs.
yay will arnett.
heard that miele’s are giving Dyson a run for their money

Can’t wait to see all the awkward and monotone scenes between Goldblum and Posey.
