“It’s all the same old shit again” Yep. The new video for “Halloween Head”, Ryan Adams’ official “rocker” off Easy Tiger is a retarded toss off. It’s a big fuck you, or, rather, a big “I can’t be bothered, I’m too busy trying to not do 45 speedballs” to the music video. The concept has been done before, to death, and better. But the music video is a dead art form, right? No one gives a shit about a music video anymore, right? Whatever. If you watch the whole thing then you have wasted your time. As we just did, moments ago.
Too sour? Okay. Congratulations on making it out of the ditch, Ry-Ry!
UPDATE: We love high/low concept videos, it’s all a matter of choosing the right song for the right great idea. Right, Heinrich? Wrong.

The man dancing was obviously ahead of his time. He’s frustrated because everyone around him is stuck in a mindless groove while he’s looking for ways to revolutionize the funky chicken.
