Oh hell yes. Gainsbourg. Hansard/Irglov? They’re going for the indie jugular. And Jim James represent!

I think I read that Dylan is also allowing Mark Ronson to remix some of his more popular songs.

Most of them you can picture, Sam Beam/Tweedy fit ..but the curveballs will be worth a listen too, i.e., Antony and the Hold Steady. Phresh.

Its a Martha Stewart good thing that Haynes didn’t go the Frank Sinatra Duets route especially since Dylan is still alive. And still undecipherable.

This has to be the soundtrack and not the score because all the actors plus bands would be too chaotic.

But no Sean Kingston. This will make him suicidal, suicidal.

I’m guessing that Million Dollar Bashers is the name of Todd Haynes’ band.

Do you think the soundtrack will actually be in alphabetical order like this? If so — very avant garde, Mr. Haynes. Bravo.

only thing i can think of is that the soundtrack and concept of the movie are screwy because they let Dylan have a say in it and no one could understand wtf he was saying.

Has anyone else heard the Nina Simone cover of Tom Thumb’s Blues? Absolutely amazing.
