Desperately Seeking Spawn
Great first trailer for Juno, the Toronto Film Fest favorite starring Ellen Page, Michael Cera, Jason Bateman, Jennifer Garner, Allison Janey, J.K. Simmons, and Rainn Wilson, and written by Candy Girl: A Year in the Life of an Unlikely Stripper author Diablo Cody.
strange how marrying affleck seems to have boosted garner and her career while him.. not so much. and they both got hotter.
Yay for Kimya Dawson and Adam Green, who have a whole lotta songs in this movie.
I liked this movie better when it was called “Immediate Family” and featured a very white trash Mary Stuart Masterson and Kevin Dillon as well as Glenn Close as the 80’s uptight yuppie adoptive mother. I’m getting old.
